A small Wren pin badge, inspired by one of Britain’s smallest and most characterful garden birds.
Each piece is carefully needle felted using wool roving and a single needle, then finished with my signature metal zip edging. This creates a crisp outline, gentle structure and a subtle glint in the light, while keeping the brooch soft and tactile.
With its rounded shape and warm tones, the wren has a lively, distinctive presence, capturing the charm of this tiny but much-loved bird. Affectionately known in British folklore as the “Jenny Wren”, it has been a favourite garden visitor for centuries, making this brooch an especially thoughtful gift for anyone called Jenny.
