Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If something isn’t right

If your item arrives damaged, or there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to resolve it quickly.

A note on handmade pieces

Each item is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and detail are part of their unique character.
