I hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

If you’ve changed your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know you’d like to return it.

Once you’ve contacted me, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Each item is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and detail are part of their unique character.
