By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All items are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and detail are part of what makes each piece unique. I do my best to represent colours as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders usually cannot be amended once they have been dispatched.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or where delays are outside my control.

Delivery Responsibility

I cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
