Your privacy is important to me. I only collect the personal information needed to process your orders, send newsletters if you’ve subscribed, and provide good customer service.

When you place an order, I collect the information needed to process and deliver your purchase, including your name, delivery address, email address and any other information you provide during checkout.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used to:
- Process and fulfil your order.
- Contact you regarding your order if needed.
- Comply with legal or accounting requirements.
I would never sell your personal information. Your details are only shared where necessary to process your order, for example with payment providers or delivery services.
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your email address to send occasional updates about new designs, upcoming events, workshops and news from my Cheshire studio.
Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary and require your consent. I use Mailchimp to manage my mailing list and send emails. Your information is processed by Mailchimp on my behalf and may be transferred outside the UK, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter, or contact me at nicky@nickybrier.com to request removal from the mailing list.
Your email address will not be added to my marketing list simply because you make a purchase. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or request its deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Payment Security
All online payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely, and I never see or store your card details.
