By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All items are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour and detail are part of what makes each piece unique. I do my best to represent colours as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders usually cannot be amended once they have been dispatched.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or where delays are outside my control.
Delivery Responsibility
I cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

All original artwork, designs, products, photographs, illustrations, text, branding and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Nicky Brier unless otherwise stated and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, trace, manufacture from, or create derivative works based on any artwork, designs, photographs or content from this website without prior written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Original artwork and textile designs
- Needle-felted brooch and jewellery designs
- Greeting card artwork and designs
- Decorative plant pot designs and felt flower arrangements

- Prints and other printed products

- Website text, descriptions and other written content

Unauthorised reproduction, commercial use or distribution may constitute copyright infringement and appropriate action may be taken to protect these rights.
Kits & Workshops (Personal Use)
Embroidery kits, patterns, workshops and any accompanying instructions or teaching materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Items created from my kits or workshops are intended for your own enjoyment, learning and personal use. They may not be copied, reproduced, taught, manufactured for sale, or used for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.
Workshop content, patterns, instructions and teaching materials must not be copied, shared, distributed, published or reproduced in any format.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
My artwork, photographs, designs and website content may not be copied, downloaded, scraped, used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models, or used to generate derivative works without my prior written permission.
Product Safety
Unless otherwise stated, products sold on this website are intended for adults and are not toys.
Some products contain small parts, pins, beads, cords or other components that may present a choking hazard or cause injury if used incorrectly. Brooches also contain a sharp pin fastening.
Please keep all products out of the reach of young children and use them only for their intended purpose. Decorative items should not be given to children as toys.
If purchasing a product as a gift, please ensure it is suitable for the intended recipient.
