FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £50.

Only one delivery charge per order. If your basket contains multiple items, you’ll pay just the highest applicable shipping rate.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Greeting cards are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter and usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Brooches, necklaces, coasters, mini framed prints and plant pots are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your order from dispatch through to delivery.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped with the same care and attention as the handmade piece inside, whether you’re treating yourself or sending a thoughtful gift.

Wherever possible I use plastic-free packaging and reuse boxes and packing materials to help reduce waste, while ensuring your order arrives safely.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be packaged together where appropriate.
